By accessing or using RankerBase ("the Service"), operated by Abhinati AI, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

RankerBase provides AI-powered content intelligence tools including SERP analysis, content generation assistance, internal linking optimization, and multi-platform publishing. All generated content is provided as drafts for human review before publication.

3. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account. You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service.

4. Content Ownership

You retain all rights to the content you create using RankerBase. We do not claim ownership of any content generated through our platform. You are responsible for ensuring your published content complies with applicable laws and does not infringe on third-party rights.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Generate content that is misleading, harmful, or violates applicable laws
• Attempt to reverse-engineer our algorithms or systems
• Exceed your plan's usage limits through automated means
• Impersonate others or misrepresent your affiliation
• Interfere with the operation of the Service

6. Subscription & Billing

Paid plans are billed monthly or annually. Article and feature quotas reset on your billing date. Unused quotas do not roll over. You may cancel your subscription at any time; access continues until the end of your current billing period.

7. Limitation of Liability

RankerBase provides content generation assistance and does not guarantee search engine rankings or traffic outcomes. The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the Service in the preceding 12 months.

8. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-app notification at least 30 days before taking effect.
